Weather: A wee bit warm for 9:30... 80s perhaps

Comments:
Ran with Kitty for the first fifteen minutes and we were at about 9:40 pace. I just turned around at twenty minutes to be safe but I know I did more than four miles because I got back faster and I wasn't at ten minute pace. 3x10 runners reaches, 50 booty squats, 3x20 calf raises, 3x10 pushups, 1x90 sec fire hydrant. It was a good day with Kate.
