Comments:
really fast long run, good test of fitness level. thought we were going at about 7 min/mile, but it turns out it was about 6:30 for most of it, dropping to about 6:10 for the last mile. Felt refreshingly quick.

x-train: 5 min swim, ice bath tomorrow
