Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Not sure, kinda humid

Comments:
With everyone. One of the side trails was a dead end, that was disappointing. Budman tried to act like he knew where he was going but we all know he was just posturing. Kisley kicked hard to take the win on the final lap around the parking lot.

Things I learned on today's run:
-I don't understand Canadian humor (possibly because it's not funny)
-Dogs are confounded by mazes (to quote Drew: "I can see the exit but I can't walk to it.")

I know last week I said I was going to do 50-60-70-60 this month, but I talked to Bobby yesterday and he was adamant that I shouldn't increase by more than 5 a week, so I am going to do 50-55-60-52 instead. I'm not thrilled about it but he made good points regarding the upcoming season. He's always been there over the last 4 years to keep me on the right track (usually the one at Eastern, but occasionally Mervo or Gilman, or even Poly), and I do appreciate that.
