Sunday limit run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 mile run: Hit the wall at 2 miles. Walked most of the last mile. I did a good job at noticing the tightness of the calves and made adjustment. Then I felt the left part of the pack pain and slowly worked that out.
2 Mile walk: felt sluggish. I was drained. my groin and quads felt most of the running. Also, I pulled up me feet by my glutes.
