Complaints: Still a bit sore from the race on Saturday so still getting over that. My right hamstring near my glut muscle has a sore spot that bothered me some after the run. Probably won't run again today but you never know.

Comments: Didn't look at my watch once to see my pace so was completely going on feel, didn't feel that fast but it ended up being a good pace for 12 miles so I was happy with that.
