So I wanted to warm up, run the marathon route, then cooldown, but I fucked up on one of the side streets and couldn't figure it out in the dark so I just guessed.  Woke up early, went to a red sox game where i stood in the sun for 4 hours, came back, ran, and felt surprisingly good.  My legs were tired at the end but didn't hurt and my breathing was nice and steady.  Not sure how fast I was going but I made myself take it pretty easy for the first half and then I picked it up a lot for the last 4 or 5 miles.  Race is two weeks away.  Should be fun.
