Hot run.

Comments:
Warmup 1 mile then 5 with Mike. It was super hot out and I felt absolutely terrible the whole time, but we realized at mile 3 that we were running 6 minute pace ... so we slowed up a bit.

My IT felt tight up near my hip at the beginning, then around 2.5 the knee pain returned. It never got bad and really just felt tight the whole time. Didn't have any painful twinges like a few days ago.

Pool ran after then did abs. My IT was completely loose during abs and felt great on the walk home and still feels great now. Feeling hopeful!!
