Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My leg was completely fine when I woke up this morning. Same progression once the run started -- tightness near the hip turned to pain in the knee. It subsided around mile 2 and didn't bother me for most of the run.
Only time it tightened up was during the 8X100 pick ups afterward (listed as one mile -- did 8X100 jogs in between each.)
2nd mile was like 7:05 so we picked it up to 6:25 on 3 ... too fast so we tried to ease up on the last 3.
Leg still feeling good!! Feeling positive!
