Comments:
I ran at Snowflex and did a hill workout. I went out on Lake Trail and came back on Hydaway rd. I did 8x30sec hills with 1min active recovery on one of the hills on Hydaway. The hill I picked wasn't too steep and the part of the trail it was on was nicely shaded so it wasn't too bad.
