Worked out at Gilman since they just switched back. New track is pretty dope. Nice to warm up and cool down on the trail. Ran 5x2k with 90s rest at tempo pace. First 800 of each rep was on the track then ran the perimeter of the paved loop for the last 1200. First two felt pretty smooth, and not too hard. 3rd picked it up a little bit, and thought I would only make 4. Dropped it down again on the 4th one, and decided fuck it, 2k is nothing. Last one ended up being the fastest one and actually didn't feel too bad.
