Comments:
Did a mile on the track, then went inside to stretch. Then warmed up more to woodbridge and did 5xmile on the towpath. Ran with Maag. Maag felt horrible today and didn't go very fast. This workout was very easy except for the last one. The miles were probably a little but whatever. The trigger point feels horrible. I'm gonna need to massage it.
