3x1600m w/ full recovery - Jog curves, pick up on straightaways - 600, 621, 611
Haile made up this workout. Hammies not as sore as yesterday but still sore so I was fine with this chill workout. Sprinted the last 300m of the last rep just for kicks and was a hair under 50sec. I remember doing this workout with Blake and Josh the summer after senior year except it was 3miles straight of this and the splits were 545, 600, 555. I feel like i wouldnt be able to do that right now...
