Thank goodness for Anthony!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Mass ave to 46th up van ness to wisconsin and back. I usually get really wiped at the top of Mass, but it was fine today which was nice. Figured I'd do a workout today because of 1) dry needling tomorrow 2) give a few solid days of steady runs before Kenya. Kept up fine until middle of Van Ness when ball-of-foot/toe-meets-rest-of-foot cramped tremendously so the rest of the hill was a bit unpleasent and went slow... Luckily, Anthony was there to distract and motivate. Got up the hill then figured to start the tempo on Wisconsin. Luckily, Anthony was there as well. Went out a bit too ambitiously up the steady climbing "hill" and soon paid for it but recovered while keeping pace downhill. I'm not sure quite how long this was, probably not very long at all, but kept pace (~8 minute pace said Anthony?) until Woodley. Then, catch breath for about a second then slog for a few steps then ran back to the Cathedral. heh. Recovered faster than expected which is nice. Good wake up call/somewhat solid 2nd workout and very glad I did it. 5 daaaaays!!
