Weather: 80 and dripping with humidity after T-storms
Comments:
Lifted usal way with increased weight right before practice. ran with Leah and Spergs and Eva. STA-Mass-Vann Ness-Wisc. Paused for three minute needed stretch at AU. Felt much better in my lower back after that. Man do I need to stretch! Worked pace after hitting Wisc and had opened up the stride in the downhill past AU and Choo Choo park.
