Instead of starting fast and forcing it like last week, I decided to go out slow and see how i felt from there. Glad i did as 8:00 flat pace was the perfect balance between too easy and too fast and the hills felt tough. Picked it up a lot the last mile and got into a great zone. Finished flying down the high school bus lane. Easy with meni tomorrow to fully recover my legs before fridays workout.
