workout- 7/10. Felt okay the whole time, but i was completely zoned out the whole time. The run just kind of existed. Didn't really have any thoughts or feelings going on, at one point i forgot i was even running, and was like "hey, my legs are moving." I don't think i was running really slow or anything, I just wasn't aware of much going on. Can't complain though, it's better than being aware of every agonizing moment on a blistering hot day :p
