at some points i was actually feeling a little chilly..perfect weather! shane met at my place then we did the back door to gore into reservoir loop. we started out at a pretty good clip with some low 6min/mi then we had to drastically slow the pace up the hills due to shane pooping himself. his stomach hurt from then on so the pace never rebounded. dropped him off at 9 then added a few.
