Hills with Tim. 10 x 300 around 68-70 seconds per. Gotta get ready for the Brookline Breeze.

Thanks Tim, I'm sure I'll find myself checking out that log every once in a while. Its fun to look back and see what we were doing each year of training. I look at some of the workouts and say, "HEY! I remember that!" Cool stuff.
