lazy today and didnt want to go the track to workout so i just did this so i would get something in. First cycle was 9.5 - 11.0 but i was pushin.. so only 9.0 - 10.5 for the next 3 cycles, last minute 12.0. stronger than when i did this 2 weeks ago so that good.
