I knew I wasn't going to have an extremely good time because I didn't get good sleep the night before and I rode my bike there but I was satisfied with my time. My splits were 6:22, 6:40, 7:02, 6:49, 6:38. The last two miles felt great up until the last straight away. I tried to kick but it made me feel really sick so I had to slow down. Really fun race though.
