Knees slightly tight, quads tired.
Weekly Recap: Legs and knees seem to be showing the wear this week and times on the last few runs reflect that. I only added about 5 miles over last week, but maybe its from running all 7 days? Hope not. Sleep seemed more regular this week. At least the slower times are hillier runs. I'll likely miss next Sat with the move, so hopefully hit every day til then...
