Comments:
Same time as last week to beat the heat. Definitely felt easier than last week even though the temp was higher. My only complaint is that hills are slowing me down near the end. I think I need to start incorporating a hill workout either every week or every other week.
212, a bit extra on Woodland + 11.6 R for V + 5 mi. Beaver County Locust out and back.
