Comments:
Got started early so it was nice and cool. Went out conservative. Took water and dropped at 4.5M. When I got back to the trail, I knew I was fresh and started to pick up the pace. Last 3 miles were 7:38, 7:35, 7:19. Pressed those miles, especially last but still felt in control, not weak or tired. Could have kept going. Awesome!!!
