Comments:
ran my long run today. started out with the whole group of guys at mohican, and we just went single file through the trails. at about 4ish most of the guys went to head back towards camp while chris, mitchell, tim, and I kept going. we turned around at about 55 minutes. lots of hills here, and its not that i was tired or couldn't go fast but the up and downs seemed to make my knees hurt way more than i wanted. once we hit the one part we ducked out of the woods and took the flat way back to camp. iced my knees with stretching and abs and stuff and had a really good day out in the sun. lots of volleyball. my knees seemede better throughout the day, i think its nothing, but i'm going to watch it the next week or so, and ice as much as i can. my knees have been troublesome before, so i dont want a setback now.
