Comments:
Initially planned on taking the day off, but legs felt good after the lift so just hopped on the treadmill. Did the max speed i could on my treadmill for the BFL tempo workout so 8.5 - 10.0 cycles. Real easy. Started feeling it a bit on the last cycle. Last minute put the incline to the max (15.0) and it was crazy hard. This was a good down week after building up miles for 4. Now time for a new training block with ideally more miles, a long run each week, and just a positive/patient attitude.
