Weather: not too hot
Comments:
tried to run again today, and the ankle was better but not much. did 2 miles and had to poop so came back (in a hurry), and then did 2 more. the ankle rly did feel ok for a bit of the first 2 miles and the beginning of the second 2 miles, but by the end it was like gahh again. ice a bunchh and advil all day, along with good stretching.
ankle exercises (surprisingly barely aggrivated the hurt ankle).
