Weather: 77 degrees, 70% Humidity, 7mph breeze

Comments:
Folsom called and chewed me out for the slight decrease in my average mile splits the last couple of weeks. Just as I was about to embark on this run. Am I planning to run before work tomorrow (within 12 hours)? Yes. Was it still pretty hot? Yes. Was I egged on and did I still push the pace the entire way tonight? Yes. No HR monitor, but I'd guess north of 170 throughout, youngin.'

7pm, solo. Wormer-GrantHill-Relyea loop, counter clockwise.

For those of you [Steve] that ask why my splits are slower these last few weeks, note my grousing about hills. E.g. there's a 150-foot climb in the penultimate half mile of this loop. Oh, and my knee soreness is definitely from running down just as steep descents nearly every run.
