Rainy Run

Lennox up South Park to Shaker to Green and back to 3-way South Park spot (alone), to 5-way intersection, up North Park over upper lake dam, back South Park to Bellfield to Lennox (with Paul Curtiss, Corey Bowen, Megan Milne)-

I decided to wait until later in the afternoon to run today because it was still 92 out at 5pm. I set out for a run that I actually wanted to go on around 7pm alone, though I passed Aaron Lin and Corey Williams each running alone too early to turn around with. When I was almost back to the 5-way intersection Paul, Corey Bowen, and Megan starting yelling at me so I joined them for a little extra distance. I was a hair under 7:00 pace by myself and much slower with Paul and the girls.
