Comments:
2x600, 3x400, 4x300, 6x200. the recovery was a jog back of the same distance. the 600's were in 1:37, 1:42. the 400's were 74, 70, 67.9. the 300's were 51.1, 50.2, 50.3, 49.8. the 200's were 29.8, 32.3, 30.8, 30.8, 30.3, 29.3. i feel like im starting to get my speed back. and my hands were solid ice after, no joke.
