Weather: Was real hot but cooled off a lot during the downpour
Comments:
Ran a mile on the track, then headed to the woods. At about the time I got in the woods, all hell broke loose - rain, lightning, etc. Ran a lot of hills, mostly in the woods. Was probably a lot slower due to weight of soaked clothing!
