Comments:
10x400@3k w/ 400 steady in between each. Dew point when I left was 75 so needless to say the weather wasn't ideal. Ran the whole thing with Ed. Thought for some reason in the middle of the workout he was doing 15-20 but then I realized we were doing 5 miles total which would mean 10 fast quarters total. That made me feel a little better after the 6th one when I finally figured that out. Most were pretty consistent. Tried to keep the rest honest.
