4.5 warm-up, 2.5 additional warm-up, 3 x 10 minutes, 1/2 mile cooldown

Got to 60 MPW without the usual patchwork quilt-- a 60ish week that includes a day off, no real long run. The only time my legs felt ick this week was at the beginning of yesterday's run (day after a day off).
