Comments:
Long slow run to help buildup distance. Fabulous morning to run. Went all the way past River Bend MS. One stop to stretch. Again, the last part of marathon mental approach to fatigue.

Wore new shoes with band aid- no blisters! Left knee feeling a bit balky, so need to avoid 2 days in a row. Only once per week it at all
