Weather: Muggiest day ever. Not too hot, only 90
Comments:
What I learned today was that, if necessary, I could do 7:30's over hills for 5 miles, especially in VT weather, right now. Don't know what that means for 3 runs in one day, but it's a start. Achilles bit me twice pretty hard but I was able to make an adjustment. Means my spleen is probably taking the brunt of my stride now
