Comments:
From the hotel in Kentucky... I jogged up a little road and meandered for five minutes moslty slightly uphill. I paused after 5 minutes to stretch as back was already tight. Jogged another 7 minutes after that and half of that was downhill. Left knee was hurting, especially on the downhill. Pretty frustrated. Miserably out of shape. One of the most unpleasant 12 minutes of running in memory.
