Comments:
4x1K @ T with Jamison, Kirby, Armando and Mahon.
First three with J/K/M. Then hopped in with Armando for 2.

Weather was very hot, but more tolerable than I expected.

Felt very strong on the workout. Legs felt fine (little sore from squats right beforehand), pace was comfortable and cruised along nicely. Starting to feel in great shape again.
