Weather: nice and hot

First actual run since May.  Ran with the slower group at summer running in STA and peeled off early after 13 minutes (ish). Knee felt fine until the end, but after i stretched/iced it got better. Easily kept up with everyone running, but I  can feel my cardio not being as good as it used to be...Oh well i guess this is what summer training is for. 
Also been swimming and lifting every day, not sure if i should log it. i just might.
