Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First time running Coyote Hills ridge in awhile. Quads were burning up the hills, able to recover going downhill. Did a 1 mile time trial at around mile 9.5-10.5 @ 5:38. Winded afterwards, but recovery effort was a lot faster for the final 2.5 miles (6:50-7:10).
