4. I was tired
5. 6hrs...BUT I woke up at 6:15am on my own. However, I thought it was 7:30am, because that is when my alarm is supposed to go off. Because I did not realize what time it was, I ate breakfast. Then, I realized that I could sleep for another hour, so I did. SO, actually I slept for 7hrs.

7. str, foot drills, calf raises, some abs, and IB (kinda...I sat in my bathtub, which was filled with cold water, for 15 minutes)
