Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Total guess on the mileage. It felt like at least 4 or 5, but then again, that was probably b/c of some very steep and prolonged hills plus the heat when not in the woods. Cold Springs Trail is worse than Suicide Ridge Trail. I ran both today, plus running around lost on the Warren Wilson Campus. I'm pretty sure that Warren Wilson has considerably more hills per distance than Oak Ridge.
