tempo run on Springdale golf course

Weather: brisk and windy

Comments:
Ran with the guys that are not racing tomorrow. We did a warmup to the golf course, then did drills and strides. We did three loops on the golf course (each one being 3k) at tempo pace. Felt fine. The first one actually felt pretty terrible but I felt good once the second loop started. Finished next to Maag. Then we did 4x200 up a slight incline. This was a great workout.
