took yesterday off since my legs were TRASHED, but should have gotten at least 2 or so in. was planning on 10mi today but was a sloth for most of the day and had to do this after work at like 9pm. Plan was 6mi but i felt like shit even though the pace was slow. maybe i can consider this a taper for saturday?? yeah that will help me sleep tonight...
