Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Same as Thursday, except wore Vibrams whole time and did ankle rolls and leg swings at 49th street warmup point. My left foot was hurting as I got to the main Glover trail, and I sat down for a bit contemplating whether to go on or not. I decided to go on, but take it more slowly and be much more careful about footfalls. Took a little walking break after the steep hill off the main trail, which was expected, but overall run went quite well. My next run should be this one as well, but I need to wear regular shoes for the whole time.
