Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Same run, wore shoes for most of it, then barefoot. I’ve been wearing All Stars and flip flops pretty much every day since March, so my feet aren’t used to my orthotics yet. My right knee was hurting a bit, but then the pain subsided so I’m guessing it’s just a “getting back into it” kind of thing. I was much more tired today, which makes sense since I’ve gone from 0 miles per week to 9.3 miles in 4 days. Definitely going to take an off-day tomorrow. My shoes and/or orthotics are definitely making my feet hurt more / tightening my Achilles tendons, which is annoying.
