Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This time the 11 was way harder than last time, but I pushed through. I tried out one of Morgan's Gu's though. Good stuff, tasty and full of energy...though less calories and I'm not sure it affected me quite as much. Eating during runs is a new trick, but it seems to really help the long runs.
