terrain- somewhat hilly
surface- roads, some grass/trails
sleep- 8
hydration- 6/10
workout- 7/10. I think i ran at 7:30 or so, and it was already 80 at that point and working towards 85. The HOT just didn't seem to happen as much as I'd have liked... it was there, but it wasn't anything to write home about. The other parts of the run seemed fine though. Overall, it wasn't terrible and it wasn't great. No issues.
