Comments:
did the 7.5 mile workout thing today, in shifts. 2 miles, 1 mile, .5 mile, all times 2. felt really good a lot of the way, the last mile felt rough but i managed to do it nice anways. first two miles broke 7:30, next mile was under 7, half was 3:10, next 2 were both under 7, last mile broke 7 and the last half i took easy (4:20ish) as a cooldown. its really 7.3 miles but i round up cause im badass. good job man, now RECOVER!
