Comments:
Took two weeks off, got back into running last Thursday. Ran about 23-25 miles between now and then. Nothing worth logging. But I'm going to start again.

Ran at the REAL North Park for the first time in a long time. Ran with Mikey G. Fun times...
Legs felt good (not great), they've felt good all week. I'm going to get new shoes soon, and possibly orthodics.

Summer goal numero uno, don't get hurt.
