Exercise Type: Swim

i've got three weeks exactly until this olympic triathlon. so i'm starting swim/bike training today. today was just swimming. went to the pool after running and breakfast. i'm not sure if the pool was yds or meters, but i'll pretend it's meters

it was a lot harder than i expected, mostly because i haven't done any swimming this summer outside of triathloning. it was a little hot, and i was kinda tired from running, but i think i'll improve over the next couple weeks. i'm gonna try to swim twice a week or so.
