South Park Run

Lennox to Bellfield to top of MLK hill, up North Park to South Park to Shaker to Green and back to bathrooms, back to Lennox (alone)-

I was moving faster on this run than I have been for most of mine recently, probably because my legs felt looser from running faster yesterday. It was also cooler today. My left ankle hurt some and I think it's from the fast long run on pavement and needed new shoes. With proper precautions I suspect nothing will come of it.

On another note, I finished out an 81 mile week in singles, containing a 16.5 mile long run at 6:35 pace and my knee feels completely healthy!
